Bill Streeter II, or simply called Bill Streeter, was the son of Bill Streeter Jr. and grandson of Bill Streeter Sr. (Old Bill). He was one of the main protagonists of The Wind Through the Keyhole, and helped Roland Deschain and Jamie De Curry capture Debaria's skin-man. His father was killed by the skin-man, but Bill hid and caught a glimpse of the skin-man's ankle, which would be what gave him away.
